SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime under your customer account dashboard. Subscriptions will bill and ship automatically and must be cancelled prior to receiving notification that the order has shipped. Customers will receive email notifications prior to recurring orders being shipped. Once an upcoming order has been processed, there is no refund.

SHIPPING

We ship Domestically via DHL.

We ship Internationally via DHL International Expedited Service. 

IN STOCK orders placed BEFORE 2 pm EST usually ship SAME BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed after 2 pm ship the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Domestic orders then have 4-7 business days of Transit Time before delivery.

International orders have 7-10 business days of Transit Time before delivery. 

Once your order ships, an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.

*Please note Shipping Time is dependent on accurate address information. Inaccurate address information or addresses unrecognized by our address verification system will incur delays*

Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. If there is ever a problem with the delivery/arrival of your package, please contact DHL with tracking information at 1-800-805-9306 or  HERE.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS

All priority shipping cover any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please use your tracking number to inquire about your package via DHL at 1-800-805-9306 or  HERE.
 

MISSED YOUR DELIVERY, SCHEDULE A PICKUP

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your item has shipped please do not refuse. If an item is a refused, there will be a $10.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. If items are delivered damaged, exchanges can be accommodated AFTER the customer contacts us at support@renewedhairco.com within 3 days of receipt.
 

CANCELLATIONS/ADDRESS CHANGES

Due to products shipping SAME DAY, orders begin processing immediately after being placed. We are unable to cancel or change am the shipping address of orders once placed.
