Shipping

We ship Domestically via DHL.

We ship Internationally via DHL International Expedited Service. 

All IN STOCK orders  ship after 3-7 business days of processing time. Usually items ship sooner. However during holiday season and ever changing COVID restrictions, processing time may take up to 10 business days.  

Domestic orders then have 3-7 business days of Transit Time before delivery.

International orders have 5-14 business days of Transit Time before delivery. 

Once your order ships, an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent.

Once your item ships we have no control over how long the carrier takes to get it to you. If there is ever a problem with the delivery/arrival of your package, please contact DHL with tracking information at 1-800-805-9306 or  HERE.

 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

All priority shipping cover any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please use your tracking number to inquire about your package via DHL at 1-800-805-9306 or  HERE.

When Do Products Expire?

Our Renewing Hair Elixir should be used within 1 year. Please store in cool, dry place.

Does Renewed Hair Co use any Sulfates, Silicones, Paragons, Mineral Oil, Animal Testing etc.?

No, Renewed Hair Co products do not have the harsh chemicals of many other hair products. We also do not test on animals and encourage the purchase of cruelty-free products.

Who Can Use Renewed Hair Co Products?

Our products can be used by males and females 2 years of age and older. Our products benefit all hair types and textures ranging from straight to curly, short to long. When the Elixir is used in young children we recommend to use no more than 3x daily for the Renewing Hair Elixir.

 

How Long Will Products Last Me?

The Renewing Hair Elixir lasts 4 - 8 weeks depending upon Treatment Guides followed.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once your item has shipped please do not refuse. If an item is a refused, there will be a $10.00 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. If items are delivered damaged, exchanges can be accommodated AFTER the customer contacts us at support@renewedhairco.com within 3 days of receipt.

Cancellations/Address Changes

All sales are final. We are unable to cancel or change  the shipping address of orders once placed.
