As we all adjust to this Pandemic, it's important your questions and concerns are answered clearly. Below is an update on our operations and procedures:
We are still accepting and shipping orders daily six days a week from our fulfillment partner. We ask for your patience as orders may take a few additional days to process. Orders are being shipped in the order received.
At present, employees are working in small shifts to minimize risks as suggested by WHO and CDC. By separating in to smaller teams, distancing while packing and prepping orders can be obtained.
Additional sanitizing and disinfecting protocols have been implemented in our manufacturing and fulfillment facilities. Staff members have been equipped with additional sterilizing agents, cleansers and protective wear. Additional whole staff training information has been rendered for methods needed to conduct sterilization of all surfaces and products. We do what is needed to keep products clean, pure, and uncompromised.
Currently, shipping is taking place as usual. Exceptions are made to directives given by the health and governing entities like the local and state government, CDC, and WHO. We are following the standards they are communicating in regards to guarding the health and safety of employees, and sanitation. Business operations remain contingent on the laws and regulations of our local , state and federal government allowing businesses to continue to stay open. We also depend on the continued operations of carriers like USPS and DHL. Again, we are at the mercy of our governing authorities and the ability to get shipments out via carriers.
Please make sure that the provided shipping address is accurate and someone will be present to accept the order. If your community has a stay at home order/ quarantine in place order and no one is present to accept the order, it may be shipped back to us. This is dependent on the community in which you live. If this happens, you'll need to pay for shipping again.
We are experiencing an influx of orders and delayed product materials. This creates items being out of stock more frequently. Your continued patience, trust, and confidence in us would be valued in this situation. Upon restocking, we assure you that orders will be shipped in the order received. We will always strive to meet customer expectations and fulfill every order as soon as possible.
We will continue to monitor official channels and guidelines so that we take appropriate steps in a timely manner.
We greatly appreciate your business, patience, understanding and that you choose to support of our small business. We pray the best for you and your family during this unprecedented time.
